Alucid delivered a full-scale network migration at a Customer Service Center / Office in Dallas, TX. Our team handled every step, including: staging equipment with custom configurations, warehousing, and deployment of new assets. We conducted surveys, designed both the core and wireless networks, performed call center evaluations, and ensured reliable connectivity with both primary and backup ISP troubleshooting.
